You further agree that payments must be made within ten working days of your download. There will be a late fee of 2% per month if we have to charge you. Failure to pay will be considered a breach of contract and will result in litigation in a court of law. No signatures are required in order to enter into this contract. Only the act of downloading the content will be considered as entering into the heretofore described contract. A signed negotiated contractual agreement between both parties will supersede this one.
Note: Viewing the videos using the provided streaming service does not obligate you to any contracts. The payment for your password gives you the right to view any of the videos for personal use for the duration of the time that you purchased the service from MeninChains.com. The contract above only applies to those who download the materials and share them. It does not apply to personal and private viewing during the time period that they have purchased a password for.
