I feel a great loss from someone who I loved as my brother. Harold Monrow was his stage name. I knew him as Harvey. He was such a kind, gentle, tenderhearted, and helpful man. During the past eight years, he was often working in the background keeping us organized He was always thinking of everyone's needs. He had strong moral convictions of fairness, integrity, civility, and being accepting of others. He is a person who I loved and am glad that I was able to associate with him for the short eight years that I knew him.
As a cast member on MeninChains.com he played many roles in over 150 videos. In many of them, he played the villain or someone who was uncaring and strict. This was the exact opposite of who he really was. He was gental and soft spoken. Many of the younger cast members saw him as a father figure. He made sure that everyone was safe and included. I will miss him terribly, and know that everyone else in our cast, as well as our volunteer staff for the jail roleplay experience that we offer at the jail, will miss him deeply. My thoughts and love go out to all of you who were privileged to have been able to associate with him. We are a community. I am so thankful to be part of this group of people who are so unique, special, and wonderful.
